CLEAR DIGITAL PRESSURE MEASUREMENT WESIVO 880 combines a 5-digit LCD with pressure percentage indication, peak and valley recording, temperature measurement and an automatic overpressure alarm. Selectable pressure units and an adjustable measurement rate support field pressure checks and calibration setups when the selected accuracy and range meet the application requirements. RANGE AND ACCURACY SELECTION The series includes gauge, compound, absolute and differential pressure models. Positive gauge ranges extend up to 250 MPa (2500 bar); this is the upper limit of the series, not the rating of every unit. Accuracy classes are 0.02, 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 where listed for the selected range. Class 0.02 is not listed for the 100, 160 or 250 MPa gauge ranges. Refer to the original PDF for each range, accuracy class and permitted medium. Burst-pressure values in the PDF are not allowable working pressures. COMMUNICATION AND DATA RECORDING OPTIONS The RS485 version supports real-time PC communication, software acquisition intervals of 1–10 seconds and export to Excel. Data-logging models record date, time, pressure and temperature at intervals of 1–99,999 seconds. Confirm the required communication interface, software and recording capacity when ordering. The supplied PDF gives different storage figures (1,000,000 records on page 1 and 80,000 on page 2), so storage capacity is subject to configuration confirmation. CONNECTIONS AND OPERATING CONDITIONS The standard process connection is M20 × 1.5 male; G1/4, 1/4 NPT and customized connections are available. Differential models use a Ø6 mm quick-connect socket. Bottom and back connection installations are available. Operating and automatic temperature compensation range: −10 to 50 °C. Use a non-corrosive medium compatible with the selected pressure range. For absolute-pressure models, the datasheet specifies a 180-day accuracy guarantee for Class 0.05 and one year for the other classes. CONFIGURE YOUR INSTRUMENT Send the pressure type, range, required accuracy class, medium, process connection, communication or recording requirements, quantity and destination. Intrinsically safe and high-temperature versions are listed as options in the PDF; confirm their specifications and applicable documentation separately. External power is not applicable to intrinsically safe models. Photos show the instrument and carrying-case arrangements; confirm the supplied accessories with your quotation.
