WESIVO TT248H converts RTD or thermocouple signals into a 4–20 mA output with HART communication. Its 24-bit sigma-delta analog front end supports temperature measurement with catalogue accuracy of 0.1% for RTD inputs and 0.2% for thermocouple inputs. The PA66 module is suitable for head-mounted temperature assemblies. Signal protection includes surge protection and reverse-connection protection. The firmware incorporates low-voltage monitoring. Listed sensor inputs include Pt100, Cu50 and Cu100 RTDs, plus K, E, B, S, J and N thermocouples. Select the sensor type and measurement range for the actual probe and process conditions. Configuration is supported through a HART 475 communicator or a HART modem. The supplied guide describes driver installation, COM-port selection, HART setup, configuration and current adjustment using HartMaster software. Software is not included in the downloads on this page; contact WESIVO for the appropriate package and compatibility confirmation. For quotation, provide the sensor type, measuring range, wiring arrangement, supply voltage and quantity. Consult the downloadable wiring and configuration diagrams before installation.
