A hygienic process installation needs more detail than a sanitary product name. Describe the food, beverage or other process medium, temperature, pressure and cleaning procedure. Separate ordinary production conditions from cleaning conditions, and identify the documentation required by your equipment specification or quality system.
Match the physical connection
Send the mating fitting drawing, clamp standard, size, gasket requirements and available installation envelope. The WESIVO 720HY catalogue identifies a Tri-Clamp pressure-transmitter arrangement. Confirm its exact connection drawing rather than assuming that equal nominal sizes from different standards will match the installed fitting.
Review temperature and wetted parts
The TT30E is a WESIVO sanitary temperature-transmitter candidate. Review insertion length, sensing location and the mechanical arrangement alongside the pressure point. Ask for confirmation of wetted materials, surface requirements and cleaning temperature limits for each ordered configuration. Do not infer hygienic certification or cleaning compatibility from the connection style.
Create a review package
Send the process and cleaning schedules, fitting drawings, signal requirements, quantity and required certificates. Request written confirmation of the chosen configuration before ordering. During assembly, check that the installed orientation, gasket and probe dimensions match the approved drawings and that the final instrument tags correspond to the control-system list.
