Product Description WIKA 113.53 is a liquid‑filled Bourdon tube pressure gauge with a stainless steel case and copper alloy wetted parts, designed for industrial applications with vibration and pressure pulsations. Manufactured to EN 837‑1 / ASME B40.100 standards, it offers reliable performance, high safety, and long service life in demanding environments. Key Features 1.Liquid‑Filled (Glycerin) Excellent vibration & shock resistance, stable pointer reading under pulsating pressure. 2.Stainless Steel Case (IP65) Dust‑tight and water‑protected, suitable for harsh industrial conditions. 3.Copper Alloy Bourdon Tube C‑type or spiral tube for gas/liquid media that do not attack copper alloy. 4.High Safety Design Built‑in blow‑out back safely releases overpressure in case of failure. 5.Accuracy Class 2.5 ±2.5% of full span; optional Class 1.6 available. 6.Wide Pressure Ranges NS40 (1.5"): 0…0.1 MPa to 0…40 MPa NS80/100 (3"/4"): 0…0.1 MPa to 0…60 MPa. 7.Standard Sizes 40 mm (1.5"), 80 mm (3"), 100 mm (4") dial diameters. 8.Temperature Range Ambient: ‑20°C … +60°C Medium: max +60°C.
