PORTABLE PRESSURE GENERATION WESIVO 522 is a compact manual hydraulic pressure source for field calibration, testing and maintenance of pressure gauges, pressure transmitters and other pressure instruments. Its listed working range is -0.08 to 60 MPa, allowing both negative-pressure checks and hydraulic pressure generation. CONTROLLED FIELD CALIBRATION A pre-pressurizing handwheel supports coarse pressure generation, while the fine adjustment valve helps approach each calibration point. Separate release and shut-off valves support pressure reduction and zero-point verification. Use a suitable reference instrument and record both increasing and decreasing calibration points according to your procedure. MEDIA AND CONNECTIONS The supplied manual lists transformer oil or clean water as the pressure medium and M20 x 1.5 connections. Confirm medium compatibility, seals and adapters for the instruments being tested before use. Keep the filling port slightly open during operation so the reservoir can vent. SAFE OPERATION Operate the pump only within its rated -0.08 to 60 MPa working range. The manual states a maximum safe pressure of 80 MPa; this is a safety limit, not an operating range or measurement-accuracy claim. Do not apply excessive force to valves, handles or connectors, and replace contaminated pressure medium. ORDERING INFORMATION For a quotation, send the required pressure range, test and reference instrument connections, preferred medium, quantity and delivery country. Reference gauges, adapters and hoses should be selected separately for the intended pressure and medium.
