Separate differential and line pressure
The pressure drop across a filter is different from the pressure carried by the pipeline. Provide normal and maximum line pressure as well as the expected clean-filter and service-limit differential pressures. A suitable differential span alone does not establish that an instrument is suitable for the full static pressure of the process.
Describe the actual operating sequence
Include filter type, liquid or gas, operating temperature and whether the system has backwash, switching or rapid valve operations. Tell WESIVO if reverse differential pressure can occur. Ask the system designer to define alarm thresholds; a transmitter reading alone does not determine when a particular filter element must be replaced.
Review the WESIVO instrument configuration
The 730E is a differential pressure transmitter with an isolation diaphragm. The 780C family includes smart differential pressure and seal configuration options. Confirm the selected model's static-pressure limit, wetted materials, process connections, output and mounting arrangement from the quotation and applicable data sheet.
Plan installation and commissioning
Provide the tapping-point layout and proposed manifold or impulse-line arrangement for review. Label high and low sides, plan service access and follow the instrument instructions for isolation and equalization. During acceptance, verify the clean-filter baseline at a documented flow condition so later readings can be interpreted in context.
区分差压与管线静压
过滤器前后的压力差不等于管线本身的压力。请同时提供正常和最高管线压力，以及洁净滤芯和维护限值附近的差压。差压量程合适，并不代表仪表能够承受过程的完整静压。
说明实际运行顺序
说明过滤器类型、液体或气体、工作温度，以及反冲洗、切换和快速阀门动作等运行过程。可能出现反向差压时应明确说明。报警限值由系统设计方确定，仪表读数本身不能决定某种滤芯的更换周期。

安排安装和调试
提供取压点及拟用阀组或引压管布局，标记高低压侧并预留维护空间。隔离和平衡操作应遵守仪表说明。验收时，在记录明确的流量工况下建立洁净滤芯基准，便于后续对比。
