Explain how the medium behaves
Provide the medium name, composition where relevant, viscosity information, solids content and normal operating temperature. Explain whether the medium can cool, harden or leave deposits during shutdown. A pressure connection that works while the process is warm may need a different maintenance arrangement when the equipment is stopped.
Review the diaphragm arrangement
The WESIVO 710 uses a flush diaphragm design intended for review with viscous or particle-containing media. Confirm the actual process connection and how the diaphragm will sit relative to the vessel or pipe. Flush mounting does not remove the need to check abrasion, corrosion, mechanical damage and cleaning access.
Evaluate seal options where needed
Where the process requires separation between the transmitter and measurement point, discuss the 780C family's flange and remote-seal options. Provide mounting elevations, temperature conditions and the required span. Ask for a review of the complete seal assembly; do not assume a capillary or alternative diaphragm leaves measurement performance unchanged.
Send a practical quotation package
Attach the mating connection drawing, cleaning method, operating and cleaning temperatures, pressure envelope and required output. State any material documentation requirements explicitly. Before ordering, review the wetted-material list and approved drawing together, then retain them for installation and future replacement selection.
