Compare the application before the headline range
Radar and ultrasonic 仪表 use different measurement principles, so a matching headline range is not enough to make them substitutes. Begin with the medium, vessel shape, distance to the surface, 压力 and 温度. Tell WESIVO whether the vessel is open or closed and whether its operating conditions change during filling or cleaning.
Describe the surface and atmosphere
Surface foam, turbulence, vapor and condensation are review items rather than simple yes-or-no labels. Describe their severity and whether they are continuous or occasional. A photograph during operation can be more useful than a clean tank drawing alone. Do not assume that either measurement principle will solve every difficult surface condition.
Check mounting geometry and near range
Provide nozzle dimensions, mounting offset, internal obstacles and the closest surface position at maximum fill. Ask for the applicable blind-zone or near-range requirement for the selected configuration. Verify the measuring path and maintenance access together; a physically convenient mounting point may not provide a suitable measurement view.
Request a model-specific comparison
RD08A radar and UL550A or UL550B ultrasonic pages provide WESIVO starting points. Request confirmation of the process limits, connection, output, power and any communication option for the actual order. Compare written configurations against the same tank information rather than choosing only by frequency, nominal accuracy or maximum catalogue distance.

描述液面与上部空间
泡沫、扰动、蒸汽和冷凝不是简单的有无选项，需要说明程度和持续性。运行照片往往比空罐图更能体现问题，不能假定任一种原理都能解决所有复杂液面情况。
核对安装几何与近端限制
提供接管尺寸、偏心位置、内部障碍物和最高液位时最近距离，核对所选配置的盲区或近端限制。测量路径与维护空间应一起评估，安装方便的位置不一定有合适的测量视野。
