Map the complete signal chain
List the 传感器 at each measurement point, its wiring, the proposed transmitter location and the receiving 控制器. The transmitter input must match the 传感器; its output must match the 控制器. Record whether the equipment builder will configure units and range at assembly or expects a factory configuration supplied with each 仪表.
Choose the interface deliberately
TT102 provides an 隔离式 analogue transmitter option. TT248H combines a head-mounted 模块 with HART communication, while TT101D provides a DIN-rail HART arrangement. TT485 is an RS485 Modbus candidate. These are different integration routes: confirm the 控制器 hardware and software before comparing 模块s on 温度 range alone.
Check mounting and maintenance access
For a head-mounted 模块, confirm the 传感器-head dimensions and terminal access. For a cabinet 模块, review available rail space, ambient 温度 and cable segregation. Request the configuration tools and applicable instructions for the exact product. A compatible signal type does not guarantee that every software tool supports every device function.
Standardize the production handover
Create a configuration sheet containing 传感器 type, wiring, units, range, output and equipment tag. Approve a pilot assembly before rolling the configuration into a repeat order. Keep the configured values and acceptance readings with the machine documentation so maintenance staff can order a replacement with the same signal mapping.

核对安装与维护
头部模块需核对接线盒尺寸与接线空间；控制柜模块需核对导轨空间、环境温度和线缆布置。索取具体型号适用的配置工具与说明，信号类型兼容并不代表所有软件都支持设备的全部功能。
统一生产交付资料
建立配置表，记录传感器类型、接线、单位、量程、输出和设备位号。批量复购前先完成样机核对，并将设置值与验收读数随设备归档，以便维护人员按相同信号映射订购备件。
