Start with the job or the replacement
For a new installation, describe what is being measured and where the reading will be used. For a replacement, send the complete model code, a clear nameplate photograph and the existing data sheet if available. State whether an exact replacement or an alternative configuration is acceptable; the required review is different for each.
Supply the technical essentials
For 压力, include reference, range, medium and connection. For 温度, identify the 传感器, wiring, range and mounting. For 液位, add vessel dimensions, material and installation geometry. All three need the output, available power and operating conditions. Mark unknown items openly so they can be resolved before an order is confirmed.
List commercial and document requirements
Provide quantity by configuration, delivery country, required date and any packing or labelling requirement. Specify the certificates, 校准 records, drawings or manuals the project needs rather than asking for all certificates. Availability, lead time and documentation must be confirmed in the quotation; a product page does not establish those order-specific terms.
Use a final confirmation sheet
Before purchase, compare the quotation against a short 仪表 schedule covering model, configured range, connection, materials, output and quantity. Resolve deviations in writing and keep the approved revision.
