A documented maintenance scenario
During a planned hydraulic equipment shutdown, a workshop may receive removed 表压s and prepare spare 表压s for reinstallation. WIKA describes this exchange-and-check practice in its public 校准 guidance. The work流量 below is a general application note for such a workshop; it is not a WESIVO customer case, a measured performance result or a promised reduction in downtime.
Create a job record before changing the 仪表
Give every incoming 表压 a job number linked to its equipment tag. Record the serial number, 压力 type, full measuring interval, connection, usual working 压力, service medium and reason for removal. Photograph the identification plate and note any visible damage. Keep the previous certificate with the job record so the technician can distinguish an undocumented spare from an 仪表 with a known history.
Preserve the as-found condition
Use an approved offline bench arrangement after the 仪表 has been safely removed from service. Record the initial indication and comparison readings before adjusting zero or span. 校准, adjustment and verification describe different operations in the JCGM vocabulary. For the workshop record, keep the original readings and any later adjustment in separate fields; a successful adjustment must not erase evidence of the incoming condition.
Define the comparison and acceptance plan
A comparison pump generates 压力; the reference 仪表 supplies the measured reference value. EURAMET cg-17 calls for a traceable reference, attention to 压力 reference 液位s and a procedure matched to the target uncertainty. For each job, specify the points, directions, repetitions, stabilization criteria and reporting requirements in the approved procedure. Document the applied 压力 and 表压 indication in the same unit. Do not copy another 表压's acceptance limit without checking the range and specification basis.
Review WESIVO equipment as candidates
The published WESIVO 522 information identifies it as a manual hydraulic 压力 source. The WESIVO 880 offers dedicated 压力 ranges and accuracy-class options that depend on 压力 type and range. These are candidates for configuration review, not an automatically approved 校准 system. Confirm the test medium, wetted-part compatibility, fittings, 压力 ratings and certificate requirements for every component. Pump adjustment increment and 表压 display digits do not establish the uncertainty of the assembled bench.
Make the return-to-service decision visible
Use distinct statuses such as awaiting check, awaiting repair, awaiting review and approved for reinstallation. Record the acceptance requirement, decision rule, observed results, reviewer and destination equipment. If adjustment was authorized, retain both as-found and as-left records. Plan the next review using the site's quality requirements and 仪表 history rather than assigning a universal interval in this article.
Prepare a useful equipment inquiry
Send WESIVO the 表压 ranges, typical working points, permitted 压力 medium, connection drawings, required reporting scope and quantity. Ask for the exact 880 configuration and suitable 压力 source, adapters and documentation to be confirmed together. A product quotation is separate from approval of your workshop's 校准 method.

调整仪表之前先建立工单
为每块进场压力表分配工单号，并关联设备位号。记录序列号、压力类型、完整测量区间、接口、常用工作压力、工艺介质和拆卸原因。拍摄铭牌，记录可见损伤，保留历史证书，使技术人员能够区分来源不明的备用表与具有明确履历的仪表。
保留调整前的状态
仪表安全拆离工艺系统后，在经批准的离线台架上核查。在调整零点或量程之前，先记录初始示值和比较读数。JCGM 术语区分校准、调整与验证。建议在维修记录中分别保存原始读数与后续调整信息，不能用调整成功的结果覆盖进场状态。
明确比较方法与验收方案
比较泵负责产生压力，参考仪表提供参考测量值。EURAMET cg-17 要求参考仪表具有溯源性，并考虑压力参考高度以及目标不确定度所需的程序。每张工单应在批准程序中明确测量点、升降方向、重复次数、稳定判据和报告要求。实际压力与被检表示值使用同一单位；不能在未核对量程和误差表达方式时套用其他仪表的验收限值。
将 WESIVO 产品作为配置核对对象
已发布的 WESIVO 522 资料将其定义为手动液压压力源；WESIVO 880 提供独立压力量程，准确度等级选项与压力类型、量程有关。它们是配置核对的候选设备，并非自动获得认可的整套校准系统。逐项确认传压介质、接液材料兼容性、接头、额定压力和证书要求。压力泵的调节步进与压力表显示位数，不能证明整个台架的不确定度。
让返装决定可以追溯
设置待核查、待维修、待审核、允许返装等独立状态。记录验收要求、判定规则、观察结果、审核人和拟返装设备。如获授权进行了调整，保留调整前与调整后两套记录。后续复核周期应结合现场质量要求和仪表履历制定，本文不指定统一周期。
