Use the same measurement specification
Start with the 传感器 type, configured 温度 range and receiver requirements, then compare mounting locations. TT248H is a head-mounted HART 模块; TT101D is a DIN-rail HART transmitter. Similar output descriptions do not make the mechanical arrangements equivalent, so review input support and configuration separately for the two models.
Review a 传感器-head installation
A head-mounted 模块 requires compatible internal dimensions, mounting points and terminal clearance. Check the 温度 inside the head under the actual process conditions. Consider how a technician will reach the terminals and configuration connection without disturbing the 传感器 installation. Request a drawing where the available space is tight.
Review a cabinet installation
A DIN-rail arrangement puts the transmitter in the panel. Confirm rail space, supply distribution, panel ambient conditions and the 传感器 cable route to the cabinet. The 传感器 wiring must still meet the selected input's requirements. Do not treat moving the transmitter to a panel as an automatic solution to every wiring or interference issue.
Compare lifecycle needs
Ask who will configure, inspect and replace the 仪表, and where spares will be stored. Include the cost of the required enclosure, terminals and installation work when comparing layouts. 比较整个使用周期的需要
明确由谁配置、检查和更换仪表，以及备件存放方式。比较方案时，应把外壳、端子和安装工作一并考虑。询价附上接线盒图或控制柜布置，便于核对完整方案。
