表压 压力 uses an atmospheric reference
表压 压力 expresses the difference from atmospheric 压力. It is commonly used when the process requirement is written relative to the surrounding atmosphere. Include the word 表压 or an unambiguous unit convention in the purchase specification. If a process operates below atmospheric 压力, state the required negative range as well.
绝压 压力 uses a vacuum reference
绝压 压力 uses an 绝压 vacuum as its reference rather than the local atmosphere. A numerically similar 表压 range is therefore not an equivalent replacement. For a replacement 仪表, check the original data sheet and full model code. The WESIVO 780T lists 表压 and 绝压 options that must be distinguished when ordering.
差压 压力 compares two points
A 差压 transmitter measures the difference between its high and low sides. Applications may involve filter 压力 drop or another engineered two-point measurement. Specify both 差压 range and line static 压力. Review the WESIVO 730E or 780C documentation for the selected configuration instead of deriving static-压力 capability from the 差压 span.
Remove ambiguity from the inquiry
Write the 压力 reference beside every range, identify all 压力 connections and state whether reverse 差压 压力 or vacuum can occur. For an existing system, send a nameplate photograph and a simple piping sketch. This makes it possible to review the measurement principle before selecting materials, output and installation 附件.
表压以大气压力为参考
表压表示相对于大气压力的差值，适用于以周围大气为基准描述的过程要求。采购规格中应明确写表压或无歧义的单位约定；存在低于大气压力的工况时，还需说明负压范围。
绝压以真空为参考
绝压以绝对真空为参考，而非现场大气。数值相近的表压量程不能视为等价替换。更换仪表时需核对原数据表和完整订货号；WESIVO 780T 的表压与绝压选项应在订购时明确区分。
差压比较两个测点
差压变送器测量高低压侧之间的压力差，可用于过滤器压降等经设计确认的双点测量。应同时提供差压范围与管线静压，依据 730E 或 780C 具体配置资料核对，不能由差压量程推定静压承受能力。
消除询价中的歧义
在每个量程旁写明压力基准，标明所有取压连接，并说明反向差压或负压的可能性。已有系统可提供铭牌照片与简明管路图，先确认测量原理，再核对材质、输出和安装附件。
