Begin with the medium, not the thread
Two 仪表 with matching threads may expose the sensing element to the process differently. Describe whether the fluid is clean, viscous, crystallizing or contains particles. Include shutdown and cleaning conditions. A mechanical fit alone does not establish that the 压力 port is suitable for the material being measured.
Review a flush arrangement
The WESIVO 710 catalogue describes a flush diaphragm design for viscous or particle-containing media. Check how the actual connection positions the diaphragm in the process. Request the mounting drawing and cleaning instructions. An exposed diaphragm needs appropriate handling; it should not be treated as a surface that can be scraped or mechanically adjusted.
Do not equate flush with 卫生型 approval
A flush design, sanitary connection and documented 卫生型 approval are different requirements. If the application has a 卫生型 specification, list the connection, wetted materials, surface finish, gasket and required documentation separately. The 720HY provides a Tri-Clamp candidate, but the exact ordered configuration still requires a project-specific review.
Create a comparable specification
Send the medium, 压力 envelope, operating and cleaning 温度s, mating drawing and output requirement. Ask WESIVO to explain which configuration matches those conditions and what maintenance access is required. Compare a proposed 710, 720 or 720HY using that same specification rather than selecting only by housing appearance.
先看介质，再看螺纹
螺纹相同的仪表，其感压元件与介质接触方式可能不同。应说明介质是否洁净、黏稠、结晶或含颗粒，并补充停机和清洗条件。机械尺寸能安装，不代表取压口适合介质。
核对齐平结构
WESIVO 710 样册描述了面向黏稠或含颗粒介质的齐平膜片结构。应核对实际连接如何定位膜片，索取安装图与清洗说明。外露膜片需要正确保护，不能当作可刮擦或机械调整的表面。
齐平结构不等同于卫生认证
齐平设计、卫生连接和有文件支持的卫生认证是不同要求。存在卫生规范时，应分别列出连接、接液材质、表面、密封垫和文件。720HY 提供 Tri-Clamp 选型入口，但具体订货配置仍需按项目核对。
