Application scope
This note addresses a real 工业 duty: replacing a resistance 温度 detector, or RTD, on a heating-water return line. It is an application planning guide based on public manufacturer information, not a report of a completed WESIVO customer installation. No measured savings or commissioning results are claimed.
The procurement task is to describe the installed assembly clearly enough to review a replacement. A matching 温度 range alone does not establish mechanical interchangeability.
Decide what is being replaced
Identify whether the request covers the measuring insert, the 传感器 with its connection head, the transmitter 模块, or the complete assembly including the thermowell. Mark the retained parts on the drawing. Keep the process tag separate from the removed device's model and serial identity.
A thermowell is a process-containing component. Any inspection or removal must follow the site's approved isolation procedure and the confirmed assembly instructions; do not assume that every part can be removed during operation.
Capture the existing measuring point
Provide a dimensioned sketch showing the process connection, pipe wall, mounting neck, insulation and thermowell tip. Ask the supplier to identify the datum for each length. Record the available bore information and the proposed insert dia仪表 and seating arrangement.
Photograph the nameplate, connection and overall assembly. If a required internal dimension is unavailable, mark it as unconfirmed and agree how it will be established. Do not infer an internal depth from a photograph of the outside.
Review thermal and mechanical requirements together
WIKA's installation guidance describes a trade-off: short immersion can impair heat transfer, while greater exposure to 流量 can increase mechanical loading. It does not provide one insertion length that is correct for every pipe. The drawing review should therefore include pipe dimensions, 流量 conditions and the required measuring location.
Request an installation-specific review rather than a universal length rule. Keep any required mechanical assessment with the project documentation; changing the 传感器 does not automatically qualify an existing thermowell for a changed process duty.
Keep physical fit and channel configuration as separate checks
For the retained 温度 channel, record the RTD type, wiring arrangement, configured measuring range, output and receiving-system scale. If a transmitter changes, include its supply and connection requirements in the review. The linked RTD wiring and signal guides cover these electrical questions separately.
Agree what evidence will be handed over: the accepted drawing, device identity, configuration record and checks required by the project procedure. Compare observations at a defined location and operating condition. A comparison with a pipe-surface reading alone is not proof of the immersed assembly's specified performance.
Send a replacement RFQ with a clear boundary
- Process tag, existing assembly identification and parts to retain.
- Medium, operating 温度 and 压力, pipe dimensions and 流量 information.
- Dimensioned thermowell and insert drawing with measurement datums.
- 传感器 type, wiring, range, output and receiving-system requirements.
- Quantity, destination, requested documents and unresolved dimensions.
WESIVO catalogue scope
The published WESIVO catalogue lists TT20R with RTD or thermocouple options and configurable probe, connection and thermowell arrangements. TT102 is listed as a 温度变送器 模块 with RTD/thermocouple input and a two-wire 4–20 mA output. They are separate configuration-review entries, not an approved replacement pair for this application.
Ask WESIVO to review the actual drawing and selected configuration before quotation. These catalogue entries do not establish compatibility with a third-party thermowell, a mechanical design approval or the performance of the complete installed channel.

先明确更换哪一部分
确认本次需求是测量探芯、带接线盒的传感器、变送模块，还是包含保护套管的整套组件。在图纸上标出需要保留的部件，并将过程位号与拆下设备的型号、序列信息分开记录。
保护套管属于容纳过程介质的部件。任何检查或拆卸均应遵循现场批准的隔离程序及已确认的组件说明，不能假定所有零件都能在运行中拆除。
记录现有测点
提供标注尺寸的示意图，表示过程连接、管壁、安装接管、保温层及套管末端。请供应商明确每个长度的测量基准，同时记录已知的内孔信息，以及拟用探芯直径和就位方式。
拍摄铭牌、连接位置及组件全貌。必要的内部尺寸无法取得时，应标为待确认，并约定核实方式。不能仅凭外观照片推定内部有效深度。
同时复核热学与机械条件
WIKA 的安装资料说明了长度取舍：浸入不足可能影响传热，而伸入流体更多也可能增加机械载荷。它并未给出适合所有管道的统一插入长度。因此图纸复核还应包含管道尺寸、流动条件及要求的测量位置。
应要求针对本安装点进行复核，而不是直接采用通用长度口诀。按项目要求保留机械评估文件；更换传感器并不自动证明原套管适用于已经改变的工况。
机械配合与通道配置分开核对
记录保留通道的 RTD 类型、接线方式、配置量程、输出以及接收系统的量程设置。若更换变送器，还应核对其供电和连接要求。相关 RTD 接线及信号指南另行说明这些电气问题。
事先约定交接证据：确认图纸、设备身份、配置记录及项目规程要求的检查。比对观察应明确位置与运行状态。仅与管道表面读数相比较，不能证明浸入式组件达到了规定性能。
询价时写清替换边界
- 过程位号、现有组件身份及需要保留的部件。
- 介质、工作温度与压力、管道尺寸及流动信息。
- 带测量基准的保护套管与探芯尺寸图。
- 传感器类型、接线、量程、输出及接收系统要求。
- 数量、目的地、所需文件及待核实尺寸。
WESIVO 已发布目录的范围
WESIVO 已发布目录列有 TT20R 的 RTD 或热电偶选项，以及探杆、连接和保护套管的可配置安排。TT102 列为具有 RTD/热电偶输入、两线制 4–20 mA 输出的温度变送模块。两者分别作为配置复核入口，并不表示已被批准为本场景的配套替换组合。
请在报价前让 WESIVO 核对实际图纸和选定配置。这些目录信息不等于已确认兼容第三方保护套管、已通过机械设计审查，或已证明整套安装通道的性能。
