Scope: planning a pneumatic workstation
A 压力-monitoring point near a pneumatic workstation is a practical 仪表ation task. This article provides a general application and handover checklist, using published WESIVO product information and public loop-testing guidance. It does not report a customer installation, measured 压力 reduction or energy saving.
Define the point before selecting a 传感器
Mark the proposed 压力 connection on the workstation drawing. Identify whether it is before or after local treatment or regulation, and give it a unique tag. If an upstream reference point is included, record its location separately. Define what the operator needs to see during idle, startup and normal operation, and keep the equipment state with each record. A number without a point tag and operating state is a weak handover record.
Put media and 压力 reference into the RFQ
Describe the actual gas and any expected condensate or lubricant contact. Ask for confirmation of wetted-material and seal compatibility for the selected version. State 表压, 绝压 or 差压 压力 explicitly; keep that reference with the displayed unit. Provide the required operating envelope and ask the supplier to review range, overload requirements, connection and installation conditions together. This checklist does not prescribe a universal air-supply 压力 or alarm setpoint.
Choose how the value will reach the operator
Specify whether the project needs a local reading, an electronic receiver channel or both. For an analog channel, first confirm that the ordered 仪表 has the required output. Save the connection drawing, receiving-channel identity, supply arrangement and configured endpoints. When a linear 4–20 mA output is selected, use the companion scaling guide to document the current-to-unit mapping. Do not infer the signal interface from a product-family name alone.
Separate receiver checks from 压力 measurement checks
Fluke's public guidance describes using a known mA source to test a 控制器 or indicator input. Plan that as a receiver check, with the expected readings written down. Plan the 压力-measurement check separately, recording the method and suitable reference. Compare readings using the same 压力 reference and units, and record the operating conditions. Installation, isolation and any changes to the workstation must follow the equipment documentation and the site's approved work process.
Review confirmed WESIVO product entries
WESIVO publishes a 700 陶瓷 压力-传感器 entry and a general installation guide for the 700/710/720/720HY families. It also publishes the 880 数字式 压力-表压 entry and its data sheet. Use these as configuration-review entries for a fixed sensing point and a local-reading plan. Confirm the selected version's gas compatibility, range, connection and output; the listings do not establish that every configuration is suitable for this workstation.
Deliver a channel sheet rather than a model name
Send the drawing, actual medium, 压力 reference, operating envelope, output requirement, quantity and destination. Request a quotation that identifies the full configuration and supplied 附件. At handover, retain the tag, serial or device identifier, terminal drawing, configured range, receiver settings and the two separate check records. If a range or unit changes later, update the 仪表 and receiver records together before interpreting new readings.
应用范围：气动工位测量规划

选传感器前先定义测点
在工位图中标出拟采用的测压接口，说明位于局部处理或调压装置之前还是之后，并设置唯一位号。如需上游参考点，应单独记录其位置。明确运行人员在待机、启动及正常工作时需要观察什么，每次记录均保留设备运行状态。没有测点位号和工况说明的数值，难以成为可靠交接依据。
把介质与压力基准写进询价
说明实际气体及可能接触的冷凝液或润滑剂，要求确认具体版本接液材料和密封的兼容性。明确表压、绝压或差压，并将压力基准与显示单位一起保存。提供所需运行范围，要求供应商一并审查量程、过载要求、连接及安装条件。本文不规定通用供气压力或报警设定值。
选择读数如何传给运行人员
说明需要本地读数、电子接收通道，还是两者同时需要。模拟量通道应先确认所订购仪表具有所需输出，保存接线图、接收通道编号、供电方式和配置端点。选择线性 4–20 mA 输出时，可用关联换算指南记录电流与工程单位的对应关系，不能仅依据系列名称推断信号接口。
分开核查接收端与压力测量
Fluke 的公开说明介绍了用已知 mA 信号源测试控制器或显示器输入的方法。应将其作为接收端核查，提前写清预期显示值；压力测量核查则单独规划，记录方法和适用参考。比较读数时应采用一致的压力基准与单位，并保存运行条件。安装、隔离及工位改动应遵循设备文件和现场批准的作业流程。
核对 WESIVO 已确认的产品入口
WESIVO 已发布 700 陶瓷压力传感器入口及 700/710/720/720HY 系列通用安装指南，也发布了 880 数字压力表入口和产品资料。它们可作为固定测点及本地读数方案的配置核对入口。应确认所选版本的气体兼容性、量程、连接和输出，不能将产品入口理解为全部配置都适用于该工位。
交付通道表，不只留下型号
提供图纸、实际介质、压力基准、运行范围、输出要求、数量与收货地区，要求报价明确完整配置和供货附件。交接时保留位号、序列号或设备标识、端子图、配置量程、接收端设置，以及两项独立核查记录。后续改变量程或单位时，应同时更新仪表与接收端记录，再解释新读数。
